They are so quick and easy to make. Soft and delicious and even though they store well in an air tight container you wont need to worry about that because they will be gone in no time.

Ingredients you will need

  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Vanilla
  • Olive oil
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Chocolate chips

How to make mini chocolate chip muffins

1. Pre heat oven

preheat oven to 340℉

2. Mix wet ingredients

in a large bowl add the egg, oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix everything all together and combine well.

3. Add dry ingredients

add flour, baking soda and salt to the bowl and mix only until all the dry ingredients have been incorporated into the muffins. do not over mix, this will result in a denser muffin

4. Fold in the chocolate

5. Divide the batter

prepare a mini muffin tray with spray oil or mini muffin liners

add 1 tbsp amount of batter to each muffin cup

6. Bake your mini chocolate chip muffins

bake in the oven for 10 min or until golden brown on the edges and a fork or toothpick comes out clean

allow to cool slightly then enjoy

store in an airtight container once they have cooled completely.
