freezers can vary for freezing time so make sure you test the popsicles carefully so you don’t make a huge mess with a popsicle that hasn’t frozen yet. make ahead and leave overnight to be sure it has frozen all the way through.

- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 400 ml can coconut milk
How to make Coconut Vanilla Popsicles
- mix 1 400 ml can of coconut milk into 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix.
- stir until there are no lumps and the mixture is nice and smooth.
- pour into popsicle mold and place in freezer. for min 1 hour or overnight until fully frozen solid.
- remove from the freezer and run under a bit of warm water until the popsicle is released from the mold
