add an egg and mix fully until combined
4. Add your dry ingredients
You can mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl or just add them in the bowl you are using. add your dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Combine until everything is mixed and you can no longer see any dry ingredients. you might need to scrape down the side of your bowl a bit.
5. Drop cookies
line a baking tray with parchment paper and use a cookie scoop that is 1.5 tbsp size to drop cookies onto a cookie sheet.
6. Roll cookies
Roll cookies in your hand a bit to smooth them out then roll in a bowl of sugar to coat the outside.
7. Bake
place cookies on cookie tray with 2 inch space to allow for spreading.
bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes
8. Add kisses
remove from the oven and place an unwrapped kiss chocolate in the middle of each cookie to make your peanut butter blossom.
9. Melt a bit
place back in the oven for 30 seconds just to melt the chocolate a little, the chocolates will melt a bit just from the heat of the cookie but I like to soften the whole kiss so that its not as hard even when it cools.

allow to cool completely on a cooling rack before storing away in an airtight container.
