you deserve a drink no matter what you have on hand.

Make sure you have enough limes, I usually buy a bag of limes when preparing to make these drinks. you do not want to run out. plus after you make these drinks you can make some great Lime coconut crinkle cookies. recipe in link.

Ingredients you will need

  • Limes – I buy a bag of limes, always good to have more than you need as you will need wedges for garnish as well as halves to squeeze.
  • Pineapple – a good fresh pineapple should be sweet and not too soft.
  • Jalapeños – the spice and flavor will contrast the sweetness of the pineapple juice and just be amazing.
  • Pineapple Juice – I like to buy a can of juice but any will work.
  • Tequila – buy your favorite brand
  • Triple sec – depending on how much you want to spend there are different varieties to choose from.
  • Kosher salt – to rim the glass
  • Chili Powder – adds a spice kick to the rim of the glass
  • Ice – for shaking and keeping the drink chilled while enjoying.
