Burger Stuffed Skulls

Delicious cheeseburger flavor stuffed into a skull-shaped burger bun.

Equipment

  • 1 Skull mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch hamburger bun dough home made or store bought
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 med onion diced
  • ½ tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • cup tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • pre heat oven to 425°f
  • in a medium-sized frying pan brown ground beef and add onions, salt pepper, and seasonings. Fry until fully cooked then drain any excess grease from the pan.
  • add the tomato sauce and stir to combine then remove from the heat
  • divide the bun dough into 6 equal pieces, more or less depending on how many or how big your mold is.
  • spray the mold with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • roll out one section of dough, press it into the bottom of the mold, and fill with burger mixture. Top with any burger toppings you wish I used cheese and pickles.
  • fold over the excess dough to cover the filling and repeat for all the molds.
  • bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until dough is cooked through and has a nice dark brown colour.
