Coconut Vanilla popsicles
Dairy-free 2 ingredient popsicles
Equipment
- 1 popsicle mold
Ingredients
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 400 ml can coconut milk
Instructions
- mix 1 400 ml can of coconut milk into 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix.
- stir until there are no lumps and the mixture is nice and smooth.
- pour into popsicle mold and place in freezer. for min 1 hour or overnight until fully frozen solid.
- remove from the freezer and run under a bit of warm water until the popsicle is released from the mold.

freezing times differ from freezer to freezer.
