Pre-heat oven to 350°f
season pork chops with salt pepper and smoked paprika on both sides. Then set it aside while you prepare the rest of the coating.
5-6 small Pork Chops, 1 tbsp paprika, salt and pepper
In a shallow bowl larger than the pork chops themselves, crush crackers inside their own bag then pour in adding, salt, pepper, paprika, chives, parsley, and Italian seasoning. mix to combine and set aside.
½ pkg cheese flavored crackers, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp chives, ½ tbsp parsley flakes, ½ tbsp Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
in a separate bowl crack 2 eggs, add milk, and season with salt and pepper. whisk with a fork to combine completely and set aside.

take one of your first pork chops and dip it quickly into the egg mixture, being sure not to allow the egg wash to remove any of the seasonings. turn to coat both sides.

repeat the process in the cracker mixture coating both sides.
place pork chops on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes before flipping them over and baking for another 10-15 minutes until the pork is cooked fully and the coating has turned slightly golden on the edges.
