In seperate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.
slowly incoporate wet and dry ingredients. mix well until fully combined.
Rough chop candy eggs and choclate bar and add to bowl.
Add choclate chips and stir making sure to evenly ditribute ingredients throughout the dough.
Chill dough in fridge for 1 hour or overnight. do not skip this part.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees f
Scoop dough into 2 tbsp sized balls and place on lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. These cookies spread a lot.
Place 3 full eggs on top of each cookie.
Bake on middle rach for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 min before transfering to cooling rack to cool completely.

Chilling the dough may seem like a long time to wait especially since these are so delicious. but it is incredibly important and needs to be done or you will end up with very flat very dark cookies.Salted dark chocolate bar is optional, for me it was the right thing to add to cut through the sweetness the easter candy eggs offer.
