Easy and delicious Banana Bread

- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cup flour
Preheat the oven to 350°f. and prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Peel and mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Stir in the melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. do not over mix only fold until fully combined.
Bake for 1 hour in the oven or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cooling completely before removing from pan and serving.
Optional: add chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts for some extra texture and flavor.
if you are using frozen bananas allow thawing completely before making this bread.
when freezing your bananas peel them and put them into an airtight container or bag before they go into the freezer, to make them easier to use when you are ready to do so.
