Fetta Baked Pasta
This delicious baked pasta has a delicious fetta and tomato sauce smothering your favorite short pasta.

- 100 g fetta cheese
- ½ large red onion
- 7-10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded chicken optional
- 2 servings desired pasta I used rigatoni
pre heat oven to 350℉
in a small casserole dish place fetta cheese in the middle, and surround it with the tomatoes, onions, and shredded chicken if your choosing to use some
drizzle the top with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add garlic on top.
bake un covered in the oven for 20 minutes
boil desired pasta, enough for 2 servings.
remove the dish from the oven, smash tomatoes (carefully) and mix it all together.
mix in the cooked pasta into the cheese mixture then place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
serve and top with some chopped green onion if you wish.
