Fetta Baked Pasta

This delicious baked pasta has a delicious fetta and tomato sauce smothering your favorite short pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g fetta cheese
  • ½ large red onion
  • 7-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • shredded chicken optional
  • 2 servings desired pasta I used rigatoni

Instructions
 

  • pre heat oven to 350℉
  • in a small casserole dish place fetta cheese in the middle, and surround it with the tomatoes, onions, and shredded chicken if your choosing to use some
  • drizzle the top with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add garlic on top.
  • bake un covered in the oven for 20 minutes
  • boil desired pasta, enough for 2 servings.
  • remove the dish from the oven, smash tomatoes (carefully) and mix it all together.
  • mix in the cooked pasta into the cheese mixture then place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • serve and top with some chopped green onion if you wish.
