Fresh Made Lasagna Noodles

easy to make and so delicious ready for your next lasagna night.

Equipment

  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 1 Rolling Pin

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 5 med eggs

Instructions
 

  • Measure out flour onto a clean dry surface in a pile.
    3 cup All-purpose Flour
  • crack 4 of the 5 eggs into the well
    5 med eggs
  • begin to slowly break the yolks and mix them into the flour, if the dough is not coming together after a lot of effort add the 5th egg (this will be super messy)
  • dough should be dry not sticky
  • tightly wrap in plastic wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes
  • divide dough into 3 equal pieces
  • roll out as thin as possible if you find it hard to do roll let it rest for a minute then start again.
  • cut to the size of the lasagna pan and layer in your ingredients.
