- 3 cup All-purpose Flour
- 5 med eggs
Measure out flour onto a clean dry surface in a pile.
3 cup All-purpose Flour
crack 4 of the 5 eggs into the well
5 med eggs
begin to slowly break the yolks and mix them into the flour, if the dough is not coming together after a lot of effort add the 5th egg (this will be super messy)
dough should be dry not sticky
tightly wrap in plastic wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes
divide dough into 3 equal pieces
roll out as thin as possible if you find it hard to do roll let it rest for a minute then start again.
cut to the size of the lasagna pan and layer in your ingredients.
