In a large bowl cram together butter, sugar and brown sugar
add eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
in a separate bowl whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
combine wet and dry ingredients, and stir together until you no longer see any dry ingredients
fold in gum drops.
line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. use a 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop to drop cooking on a prepared baking tray leaving 2 inches of space for spreading.
bake 10-12 min or until edges are golden brown
cool on a cooling rack
Notes
if you are using parchment paper for baking your cookies will spread more than if you were to use a silicone mat.
