  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • ½ tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large lemons

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°f, place a long piece of foil on a baking sheet, and spray with cooking oil.
  • slice a lemon into ½ inch disks and place on tin foil where the salmon will rest.
  • place salmon fillet on top of lemon slices and season with salt and pepper.
  • in a microwave-safe bowl add butter and garlic. heat in microwave until fully melted.
  • to the melted butter add honey, parsley, and chives. mix fully then pour over the salmon fillet.
  • fold foil into a pocket loosely over the salmon. Be sure to seal all the edges to create a pocket. if the original foil is not large enough you and add a second sheet to make the pocket.
  • bake in the oven for 25 min, remove from the oven and open the pocket. be careful of the steam so u don't burn yourself. open the pocket wide enough to expose the fish but keep walls up around the fish so you do not lose any of the buttery goodness.
  • turn the oven on to broil at a high temperature, and place the salmon back in the oven under the broiler for 5-10 min until the salmon starts to have a golden brown color.
  • remove and serve.
