Loaded Quiche
This amazing quiche is filled with so much greatness, and so easy to make.

- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup fetta cheese
- ½ tbsp garlic salt
- ½ cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5-6 cremini mushrooms
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced old cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked spinache
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces
- 1 partially baked pie crust
Par-bake your pie dough based on the instructions provided in the box. instructions and allow it to cool completely.
In a large bowl crack 5 eggs, add milk, mayonnaise, fetta cheese, garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk till fully combined.
roughly chop mushrooms, peppers, and cheese, and add to the egg mixture.
cook spinach in butter till it has wilted and cooked down, fry bacon then allow both to fully cool before adding to the egg mixture.
fold all the ingredients together the pour into a fully cooled pie shell.
place the pie on top of a baking pan to catch any accidental drips then place in fully pre heated oven for 40-45 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the middle no longer has a giggle.
allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
