Mouthwatering Meatloaf

This is not your moms meatloaf recipe it is juicy and full of delicious flavor.

Equipment

  • 1 8x13 baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup crushed fish crackers
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • ½ tbsp dill
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp peppe
  • ½ tsp parsley

Sauce

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchp
  • ¼ cup A1 sauce
  • cup yellow mustard
  • 2 cloves grated garlic

Instructions
 

  • pre heat oven to 350℉
  • in a large bowl add all your ingredients for the loaf
  • using latex gloves (or clean hands) squish and mix the meat folding and squeezing the mixture through your hands until fully combined.
  • in a large baking dish form a loaf in the middle leaving room around the edges for browning. try to have a consistent size from one end to the other and no super thick or thin parts.
  • dispose of gloves (if you are using them) and wash hands well
  • in a small bowl add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well
  • pour over the top of the loaf and spread to make sure there is no meat exposed.
  • bake in pre heated oven for 1 hour
  • remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 min before slicing.
  • serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables for a full comfort food experience.
