Mouthwatering Meatloaf
This is not your moms meatloaf recipe it is juicy and full of delicious flavor.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork chuck
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup crushed fish crackers
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
- ½ tbsp dill
- ½ tbsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp peppe
- ½ tsp parsley
Sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchp
- ¼ cup A1 sauce
- ⅛ cup yellow mustard
- 2 cloves grated garlic
pre heat oven to 350℉
in a large bowl add all your ingredients for the loaf
using latex gloves (or clean hands) squish and mix the meat folding and squeezing the mixture through your hands until fully combined.
in a large baking dish form a loaf in the middle leaving room around the edges for browning. try to have a consistent size from one end to the other and no super thick or thin parts.
dispose of gloves (if you are using them) and wash hands well
in a small bowl add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well
pour over the top of the loaf and spread to make sure there is no meat exposed.
bake in pre heated oven for 1 hour
remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 min before slicing.
serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables for a full comfort food experience.
