Pumpkin Pie French Toast

a delicious way to add a bit of the fall season to your breakfast

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp pumpkin pure
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 6 slices bread
  • whip cream
  • maple syrup
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • in a shallow bowl mix pumpkin pure, milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice
  • whip the ingredients all together
  • melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat
  • once the pan is hot dip a slice of bread in the egg mixture one side at a time just briefly. Don't let the bread soak just coat either side with the egg mixture.
  • add the slice to the frying pan and cook until golden brown before flipping to the other side to do the same.
  • plate the toast then top with whip cream, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
